March 2016: The Bull Looks Good as Stocks Rally

In March oil prices rose and stocks followed accordingly.
In terms of volatility, for the S&P500 stocks, out of the 22 trading days in March 2016, 15 of them were positive, 1 was greater than 2%, 0 were less than -2%.
So, the Bull won March. But the overall US and world economies continue to send mixed signals, still showing more anxious fragility than comforting stability. The second quarter starts. The question is, can the Bull continue its run?
